Fischer Technology Solutions was founded in 1986 when Clifford R. Fischer developed the technology that would have a major impact on the way companies administer their real estate portfolios. When the Sarbanes-Oxley Act was passed in 2002, Fischer Solutions responded by adding a powerful suite of tools to its ManagePath platform. The Lease Accounting tools included GAAP features that enabled sustainable SOX compliance and accurate FASB reporting. Cliff Fischer added to the value of this new tool by leading round-table discussions and seminars on achieving SOX-compliance within public organizations.
